Acquisitions/Stash Management
I wrote a separate blog post about my acquisitions from my trip to Copenhagen (Monday to Friday).
Knitting
Jumpers/cardigans
I managed to finish my Such a Winter’s Day jumper last Sunday evening. The sleeves could do with being a touch longer after wearing it a few days this week in Copenhagen. It hasn’t been blocked yet, so I may still add those rows. There was a separate post about it, which I know many of you have seen but I’m linking in case you only tune in on Sundays.
No knitting the rest of the week.
Other News
I had a lovely trip to Copenhagen. It’s an expensive place to visit, and the exchange rate got worse whilst I was there. Some things were very reasonable, like the yarn I bought and entrance to the Queen’s Palace, but eating out was very expensive. Mind you eating in the UK is getting so expensive now.
I will do a proper post on my travel blog and share some photos when I get a chance. I think my husband would like it there too, so I suspect I will go back at some point. My flight home was 6am which meant I needed to be up by 3am, I woke at 2.20am and thought I better not go back to sleep in case I fell asleep again. Bearing in mind that is 1.20am UK time and got back in the house around 1pm it did take a long time to get back. The flight times were much better when we booked it but they changed the schedule. So when I got back Friday afternoon I had no energy for any crafting, or on Saturday either. I will pick up my needles again today.
This is a Year of Projects post. Officially the Group is in its 12th year, but this is my 5th year participating. If you would like to find more about the Year of Projects Group on Ravelry.
The rewards of travel are generally worth the pain/cost/aggravation, in my opinion. Glad you enjoyed yourself.

Copenhagen is on my bucket list…………..along with about 150 other places LOL. Looking forward to seeing photos on your travel blog.

Glad you had a good trip. Travel these days is so tiring – especially when flights get moved when they are already at odd/very early/very late hours!

Beautiful sweater and I love the color you chose. I looked at your other projects you made with that yarn and they are all great! Glad you had a good trip.
