Crochet
I’ve started adding some rows to the cast on edge of the mini Havana…surprisingly it is looking good.

Felting
I made some baubles that are now in the Alchemist Gallery, Dingwall for sale. I need to make more sheep landscape lampshades for the shop this week as they are sold out of the larger table lamp ones.

Knitting
Look how good (even if I do say so myself) my Christmas sock looks so far!

Spinning
I will keep spinning news for my BritSpin posts, but if you missed my previous ones here’s a link to my BritSpin prep and my BritSpin update posts. I’ll do a round up post mid-Week as it finishes 9pm this evening and then we need to collate our team results.
Other News
Since Wednesday it’s been BritSpin world so I can’t think what I’ve done except spinning, Zoom calls with our team and measuring yarn. I have a sore knee so I can say I did less spinning on Saturday and we shall see how it bears up on the last day. My bobbins need to be off and measured by 9pm tomorrow. I’ve been measuring as I go.
I didn’t manage to catch up with all the YOP group’s posts last week but I will catch up I promise…once BritSpin is over.
This is a Year of Projects post. Officially the Group is in its 10th year, but this is my 3rd year participating. If you would like to find more about the Year of Projects Group on Ravelry.
Your sock yarn is perfect! And I always love your felt art.

Your Christmas sock is lovely! Very festive looking. Your lampshades are a hit! That is fantastic. The ‘ornaments’ are so pretty. Are they selling well too?

Oh my gosh! You made that yarn! Do you knit every row thinking about how awesome you are for being able to do that? I certainly would.

I do love your Christmas socks! Knitting Christmas socks brings me joy. I love your felted ornaments. What a cute idea (and would be fairly inexpensive to ship if I made for my kids!!)

Your socks look wonderful, as does the new section of your Havana. Love your baubles – all your felt art is so expressive. No wonder it is doing so well in the shop!

Those socks are awesome!!! You dyed that yourself too didn’t you? I’m goin gto have to look up hand dyeing self-striping! Was that your first try? You are amazing! I love your ornaments. What would the price be fro one wiht shipping to the U.S.? I always loved the lampshades but realized I probably couldn’t aford those but maybe an ornament I could! Your Havanna is wonderful and is that a Havanna edge too? You are a true craftswoman!

Those Christmas socks are fantastic. So are the felted baubles! Take care of that knee – don’t let Britspin put you on the disabled list for future spinning!
